Most people complaining are comparing how easy it was to get maplestory mesos
If this is the reaction that the community is going to have ever a stupid scroll I see no reason to it being a part of the game, after the anniversary is over I push that primes be from the game and never be returned.
This is mandatory anniversary, a time for us to reminisce about the past 10 years, to them no abandoned it all of the experiences that we’ve all been through. To collect items for vanity to keep over the years so we can look back on this event and smile, however that’s all be ruined by that stupid scroll, people care so much more about their range than fun and this event has only proved it.
STOP CARING SO MUCH ABOUT YOUR RANGE, THIS IS SUPPOSED TO BE A SPECIAL TIME FOR US ALL TO GET TOGETHER AND CELEBRATE 10 YEARS OF MAPLESTORY.
Nobody and I mean NOBODY is entitled to getting open items from an event loyal player or not, now stop complaining about the scrolls and enjoy the event
Only real issue I have with your post actually. People play this game for different reasons, whether it is to level up, make friends, or get stronger, etc. Almost ALL end game content is centered around damage anyways. Don’t have enough damage? Well too bad then, all bosses worth doing will be impossible for you. You quickly run out of stuff to do and it gets boring. Hell, I get bored now and I kill every boss in the game weekly.
I’m not saying making a perfect weapon should be incredibly easy, but the problem here is that they increased the leaf:coin ratio so much it’ll take days of grinding to even buy a handful of items from the overpriced shop. Is that supposed to be considered fun? They said they did this to combat botters yet a simple damage skin is 750 coins…an UNTRADABLE damage skin that is 1 time use that has no effect on the economy anyways.
Most people complaining are comparing how easy it was to get coins last year and how cheap/unlimited the primes were. The only group that seems happy with this are the ones who DID perfect their equips last year and don’t want to see them lose value.
